Banknote Security

We implement new optical features to protect banknotes. Our goal is to make a highly secure feature and, at the same time, to use simple and recognisable optical effects.

Our security elements combine complex optical technologies and advanced materials: micro-demetallisation, nanostructures, photopolymer materials, and polarisation-based technology. Security features by JSC RPC KRYPTEN may be used for paper or polymer substrates, or banknotes with windows.

ID Security

The technology of manufacture and application of elements to IDs excludes personal data counterfeit without visible damage to optical security effects.

3D-Gram® security features based on photopolymer materials reproduce images of intense pure colours with a clear 3D effect.

The technologies of rainbow holograms and high precision micro-demetallisation create dynamic effects, such as colour shift and contrast changing, and high relief objects.

We offer security elements in the form of a holographic portrait of the holder. Personalised portrait patch is visualised as an image with a rainbow effect and positive to negative change effect. It is fully embedded in a polycarbonate card and ensures protection from photo replacement.

JoStick® security patch is designed specifically for polycarbonate ID cards. The security element is integrated into the photo area or is used in window format.

Holographic security elements reproduce vibrant optical effects. They attract a user’s attention and confirm the authenticity of a product. Colour change, dynamic objects, 3D images, covert symbols – such optical effects are familiar to the user and can be identified without any special devices. A little tilt is enough to see colour changing or relief images.

An effort of unauthorised package opening, replacement, relocation, or reproduction of the element will lead to the disappearance of the optical effect, and the element will be damaged.

We make security holograms, self-adhesive labels, laminates, and security tape. We develop solutions for the complex protection of goods and packages, apply smartphone and augmented reality technologies.

Smart-HIT® Security

Smart-HIT® technology requires a smartphone to visualise hidden dynamic effects. The user does not need any specific devices to verify the security feature. Effects are easy to identify with a mobile phone which is always at hand.

Dynamic objects and colour changing security effects become visible on the smartphone screen upon the start of the mobile app. Visualisation of covert security features and convenient interactive verification of product authenticity attract the user.

Smart-HIT® elements are made on a transparent base and may be used to protect paper or polymer banknotes and documents with windows. They are perfectly combined with overt optical elements, such as HRI and photopolymer holograms.
